At each CYDN centre, customers can access Pentium 4 computers with Microsoft applications, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Each computer is networked to printer facilities and a scanner.
A centre co-ordinator is available to assist in the use of the computers and may assist customers in the use of certain applications.
CYDN maintains the quality of its computer facilities, by employing local staff at each centre and technical support via the CYDN Help Desk located in Cairns. The technical staff at our Help Desk monitor the network and remotely access computers to diagnose faults. This level of support ensures customers experience minimum disruption to service.
